A little wishlist today of a few things I’ve had my eye on but haven’t been brave enough to take the plunge just yet. Probably because I’m always on the lookout for a bargain and will wait forever for a sale or cheaper option to appear rather than just going for it. Who knows, maybe posting this will make me realise I cant live without some of this stuff and finally buy it. These are the kinda things where I’ll have them sitting in my basket for aaages and never bother buying them. I’ll stick to my cheapy-cheap stuff instead and hope they magically start working better. I should have probably learnt my lesson by now. Oh well.
1. No. 7 foundation brush – £14.
Ever since reading Hannah Gale’s post on her evening look I’ve wanted to start using a foundation brush. I didn’t even think beforehand reading it that that is the reason my foundation takes ages to blend smoothly!
2. Masque Bar green tea sheet mask – £6.
I just came across these whilst looking for links to everything else on this list and would love to give them a go! I’m always up for anything that will help clear me skin of any cheeky spots that appear over night to say hello.
3. Nip + Fab complexion correcter cream – £4.99.
The concealer I have is pretty naff. A really cheap one I bought ages ago so I’m in desperate need of a new one! And I keep hearing good things about Nip + Fab so I’d like to give some of their stuff a go.
4. Garnier Ultimate Blends nourishing repairer – £4.49.
I’ve used the shampoo and conditioner of these and it has worked wonders for my hair, making it always feel super smooth and nourished. It does what it says on the tin and I think I need an upgrade on my 99p argan oil hair mask!
5. Essie muchi muchi – £7.99.
I keep seeing this kind of colour everywhere. I have like all the other pastel colours I could wish for, but no pink. It always looks really cute yet sleek at the same time. Yes please.
6. Essie stones and roses – £7.99.
Stumbled across this whilst looking for the other Essie colour. I think it’s the perfect pinky/peachy colour for summer, just that little bright pop of colour. I can see myself wearing it whilst holding a summery cocktail.
7. Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet – £8.99.
I think all the colours in this look gorgeous, so I’d happily buy any of them I reckon. It looks like it would be really pigmented which is always the aim!
8. Simple deep cleansing face mask – £3.99.
I love all things Simple, and want to give the mask a go to see if it lives up to the high expectations I already have. Seeing as I have the wipes, cleansing water, toner, moisturiser, face wash, face scrub, I think one more won’t make much difference to the bathroom shelf!
9. Garnier Pure active BB cream – £9.99.
A good BB cream has been on my list for a while, but having pale skin it’s hard to find one that matches well. I’m just hoping the light version of this will be light enough so I don’t have to wear foundation too much during summer. Built in SPF is always a win too! Especially for my easily burnt nose and forehead.
